Nabis Holdings Inc. Share Purchase Warrants (the "Warrants") and 8% Unsecured Convertible Debentures (the "Debentures") have been approved for listing.
Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof, upon exercise, together with the payment of the Exercise Price of $1.10, before the Time of Expiry, to acquire one (1) common share. See the Warrant Indenture for full details.
