Next Gen Metals Inc. has announced a consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each two (2) existing common shares. Fractional shares of 0.5 and higher will be rounded up and less that 0.5 will be cancelled. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 8,818,585 common shares.
The record date for the consolidation is June 30, 2010. The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Monday, June 28, 2010.
Open orders for Next Gen Metals will be purged from the trading system at the close of business on Friday, June 25, 2010. CNSX Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
The common shares of Next Gen have been assigned a new CUSIP number, 65338Y200. The trading symbol will remain "N"
